When and where is Everlasting Houston?
Everlasting Houston will be held on March 1, 2025, at The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria in Houston, TX.
Will hotel accommodation be coordinated by National Headquarters?
Hotel accommodation will not be coordinated by National Headquarters. If you wish to stay overnight, hotel rooms may be booked independently at The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria or other preferred hotel. All questions may be sent to DZConference@deltazeta.org.
Do I need to book my own transportation and hotel room?
All attendees are responsible for arranging their own hotel accommodation and transportation to and from The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria.
Where else can I stay other than The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria?
*All hotels are in the Galleria area.
Who should attend Everlasting Houston?
All members, both collegiate and alumnae, are encouraged to attend Everlasting Houston. Members are also welcome to invite a friend, mom or other potential alumna initiation candidate to join them to learn more about our sisterhood!
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, light refreshments during the event and any conference material that will be provided upon check-in. A full meal will not be provided, so please plan accordingly.
Who should I contact if I need to cancel my registration?
If you are no longer able to attend, please contact Delta Zeta National Headquarters at DZConference@deltazeta.org. Cancellations after February 21, or no-shows, will not be subject to a refund.
