Can I register another participant?
Each individual must register herself, however if you have a guest joining you, you can add them and any events they will be attending during your registration process.
Can I request a roommate?
Yes, in the registration process you can request a roommate by name/school/volunteer position. If you do not, Delta Zeta will place you with another attendee. All regular registrations are for double-occupancy hotel rooms.
What if I want I single room?
There are limited single rooms available. If you would like to request a single room, you will pay the difference in the hotel room cost. Please contact DZConvention@deltazeta.org to inquire about single rooms.
How do I submit my registration if my chapter is paying the fee?
College chapter delegates have the option to indicate they will pay later via Billhighway during the check out process.
If I am in the area, can I just attend or participate in some of the events?
Yes, if you are in the Orlando area, or even virtual, you can register to attend any of the non-Convention delegate sessions, from the opening celebration dinner on Thursday night to the member development programming during the day on Saturday. You must be registered though, to attend in-person events.
What are all my registration options?
Attendees may choose to register for the full program registration (Thursday – Saturday) or register for daily or virtual options. Daily packages including meals (no hotel) or full week options including meals (no hotel) are included under the main registration options section. Hotel options including packages, single day, room upgrades and pre-/post-event options are included in the “Program” options section at the bottom of the registration page.
If you would like to just join for a meal, or to bring a guest to a meal, please add those under “Program” options which are sorted by day.
