Summer Hernandez Salazar, CEO/Founder of The Etiquette Trainer by Salazar Consulting, is modernizing the way individuals and organizations approach etiquette and workplace readiness. With a 20-year career in higher education, including large R1 institutions, and national nonprofit organizations including Delta Zeta, Summer brings a wealth of experience working with influential corporations, from small/medium size businesses to global giants, where she has built an intricate understanding of workplace dynamics across industries. Whether partnering with tech innovators, public sector leaders or multinational corporations, Summer has created recruiting pipelines for organizations and their future talent. 

By merging her vast industry knowledge with her expertise in adult education and leadership development, Summer is preparing individuals for the complex demands of today’s workforce by teaching them the skills needed to navigate diverse professional environments with confidence.

Summer’s Delta Zeta experience spans more than 23 years of leadership and service. She was initiated into the Omicron Alpha Chapter at St. Mary's University in 2002 and attended her first National Convention during that centennial year. Her first job after graduation was as a Delta Zeta Chapter Consultant/Educational Leadership Consultant, and she has served in numerous local to national volunteer roles, including the implementation and oversight of the Membership Specialist program from 2014-2017. In 2015, Summer received the Charline Chilson Scholarship that supported the completion of her master’s degree, and she was honored as a Delta Zeta 35 Under 35 Award recipient in 2018.

The American Society for Deaf Children (ASDC)
 is an organization created by parents, for parents of Deaf Children. ASDC is committed to empowering diverse families with deaf children and youth by embracing full access to language-rich environments through mentoring, advocacy, resources and collaborative networks. ASDC will be providing us with basic ASL training and cultural sensitivity trainings in regard to the Deaf community and culture.

Lydia Hobgood Joiner
is a dedicated former high school counselor turned therapist, with a deep passion for supporting individuals in their personal growth and mental well-being. With years of experience in educational settings, she brings a unique perspective to her therapeutic practice, emphasizing empathy and understanding. When not in the counseling office, she is an enthusiastic dog show competitor, showcasing her love for dogs and the bond they share. She enjoys blending her professional expertise with personal interests, creating a well-rounded approach to life and work.

Jeanine Petersen Triplett
is a proud graduate of the University of Louisville with an undergraduate degree in communications and a Master of Science degree in community development. Jeanine has spent her entire professional life working in non-profits, development/fundraising, communications, marketing and volunteer management. She currently serves as the Executive Vice-President of the James Baker Hall Foundation.

Her previous professional positions include serving as the Executive Vice-President of Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, Chief Development and Communications Officer for the Girl Scouts of Kentucky, the Vice-President for Development and Communications for the Center for Women and Families (Domestic Violence – Sexual Assault Non-Profit Organization and program) and as the Director of Development and Communications for Mercy Academy.

Jeanine’s volunteer work includes serving on the board of the The Woman’s Club of Louisville and as president of the University Club of Louisville (faculty/staff/alumni club). She is a Delta Zeta Sorority alumna and currently serves as a member of the Delta Zeta Foundation board as a Trustee and served as National President from 2013 to 2015. She has remained involved with the Sorority since she graduated from U of L. She also has served on the board of DeSales High School in Louisville and the Friends of Metro Animal Services.

Tiffany Boyd Adams
is the Owner and President of Cincinnati Etiquette & Leadership Institute, LLC (CELI) at www.etiquetteplease.com. CELI offers professional development programs with proven training and consultation resources in modern etiquette and leadership education. Tiffany received her BS in Finance from Miami University and an MBA in Finance at the University of Cincinnati. She is a Certified Corporate Etiquette & International Protocol Expert, Instructor, National & Local Columnist and Public Speaker.

Tiffany is also the author of Amazon bestseller “Polished: The Guide to Excellence for the Modern Professional.” Modern business etiquette opens the door to a world where employees are empowered to be the finest ambassador of themselves and their employer that they can be. Anaeli Villarreal
is a proud Delta Zeta alumna from the Theta Omicron Chapter, having initiated in Spring 2021. She holds a Master’s in Educational Technology and has recently been admitted to Harvard Business Online. Anaeli is passionate about fostering learning and leadership while preserving Delta Zeta’s cherished values. She has held numerous leadership roles, including Vice President of Philanthropy for Delta Zeta and President of the Order of Omega Honor Society for Greeks. Anaeli is dedicated to inspiring personal and professional growth through wellness, community involvement and networking. When she isn’t inspiring others, Anaeli enjoys painting, exploring the outdoors and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Valerie Cobos
is an Assistant Vice President in the Culture and People Development division at Frost, where she specializes in fostering a thriving workplace culture, empowers employees to deliver memorable experiences, and drives organizational growth and engagement. Within Delta Zeta, Valerie serves as the Area Alumnae Director of Area V, encompassing Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas, and as the Financial Advisor for the Omicron Alpha Chapter at St. Mary's University. Valerie has also previously served as a member of the National Collegiate Finance Committee and held various officer roles in the San Antonio Alumnae Chapter. Recognized for her leadership and impact, Valerie was honored as a Delta Zeta 35 Under 35 recipient in 2020. In her personal life, Valerie is a proud mom to a baby boy named Alexander, enjoys reading, listening to an eclectic music playlist and is a devoted Disney fan.

Stephanie Begley
has been a dedicated member of Delta Zeta since 2001, holding multiple leadership roles across the organization while balancing a successful career in banking. Her contributions to Delta Zeta are extensive, spanning national committees, chapter advisement and alumnae leadership. From 2011 to the present, Stephanie has served in numerous capacities within Delta Zeta. She began her journey on the National Philanthropy Committee, helping shape the Sorority’s philanthropic efforts and strengthen its community outreach. Over the years, she has advised three collegiate chapters, providing guidance and support to empower young women in their personal and professional growth. Stephanie’s leadership extended to the Houston Alumnae Chapter, where she held several roles, culminating in her position as Alumnae Chapter President. Under her leadership, the chapter flourished, fostering strong connections among alumnae and continuing Delta Zeta’s legacy of service. In her current role, Stephanie serves as the Regional Collegiate Director for Region X, overseeing Delta Zeta’s collegiate chapters in Texas and New Mexico. In this position, she works closely with chapter leadership to ensure their success, promote values of sisterhood, and support the educational and personal development of collegiate members. Professionally, Stephanie is the Vice President of Product Management at TBK Bank in Dallas, Texas. In her role, she oversees all operations related to wire payments and provides strategic direction for the Bank’s anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention initiatives. Her expertise extends to consulting across various banking sectors, ensuring the bank’s compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency. A committed advocate for both her professional endeavors and Delta Zeta, Stephanie has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to fostering leadership, growth and philanthropy. Her impact continues to be felt across the Delta Zeta sisterhood and in her contributions to the banking industry.

Dulcie Rogers Summers
was born a 6th generation Texan but was reared in Oklahoma. Dulcie has been blissfully married to Aaron for almost 31 years and is the proud mamma of two college-aged kids. She was initiated into the Alpha Epsilon Chapter at Oklahoma State University in 1989 and graduated in 1992 with a degree in Fashion Design. She continued to get a Master's in Communications in 1997. Dulcie is currently a commercial real estate appraiser but has had many interesting jobs ranging from stay-at-home mamma to corporate customer relations, from an entrepreneur to ministry. She recently began Law School after a sizeable gap in years and hopes to have student loans paid off before she is 75 years old. She is a communicator who loves to build connections and consensus. Dulcie loves to travel with Aaron, cheer on her beloved OSU Cowboys, sew, embroidery and do all sorts of artsy fun things.
