When and where is the Everlasting Charlotte Reunion?

Everlasting Charlotte will be held on May 30, 2026, at the Whitewater Center, 5000 Whitewater Center Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28214. Programming will begin at 10:30 a.m. in Conference Room C.

Is parking included?

Yes. Delta Zeta is excited to offer a waived Daily Parking Fee for all Everlasting Charlotte Reunion attendees.

What is the dress code?

Snappy casual attire. We always encourage layers in case the meeting room is cool! For the afternoon outdoor or nature activities, comfortable outfits are encouraged.  

Who should attend the Everlasting Charlotte Reunion?

All members, both collegiate and alumnae, are encouraged to attend the Everlasting Charlotte Reunion. Members are also welcome to invite a friend, mom or other potential alumna initiation candidate to join them to learn more about our sisterhood!

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes parking, lunch and any materials or swag items that will be provided upon check-in.

Who should I contact if I need to cancel my registration?

If you are no longer able to attend, please contact Delta Zeta National Headquarters at DZConference@deltazeta.org. Cancellations after May 15, or no-shows, will not be subject to a refund.
